Daniel Matthews, CPWA®, AAMS®,CDFA®
Director | Financial Advisor
Dan started his career in the wealth management industry in 1996. He graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and psychology. Dan is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) professional. He completed his coursework for the CPWA® designation through the Yale School of Management. He also carries the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®) designation from the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA). Dan has extensive experience in comprehensive wealth and estate planning as well as retirement income planning. He focuses heavily on wealth management and has a passion for helping couples and families going through life changes such as death of a loved one or divorce. He also serves as our team’s expert in the areas of life, disability, long-term care insurance and annuities.
Dan and his wife, Lexie, live in Bloomington with their two children, Weston and Caroline.
Living our Mission: Dan played on the 1990 Hoosier soccer team that advanced to the Final 8 in the NCAA tournament. He is a member of the Hoosier Hills Estate Planning Council Board of Directors. Dan and his wife support Constellation Stage and Screen, a local theater company.

Loren A. Snyder, CFP®
Managing Director | Financial Advisor
Loren began his career in the wealth management industry in 2008. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Butler University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. He also has a certificate from the Wealth Planning Essentials Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has earned state and nationwide recognition for his work as a financial advisor.
Loren has served on the board of directors for a number of philanthropic and civic organizations, and served a term as an At-Large Johnson County Councilor. He is currently active with the Bloomington Rotary Club and Project 44.
Loren is an avid distance runner and enjoys playing golf. Loren and his wife, Morgan, live in downtown Indianapolis with their sons, Coleman and Lawson.
Living our Mission: Loren competed on Butler University’s men’s cross-country and track teams. In 2019, Loren and his wife, Morgan, received the Foundation Award from Butler University, which honors a person or couple (age 40 or younger) who personify the Butler spirit by demonstrating leadership and generosity to the university.

Alyce Zollman, CPWA®, AAMS®
Senior Vice President | Associate Financial Advisor
Alyce began her career in wealth management in 2004 after graduating magna cum laude from Ball State University’s Honors College with a degree in telecommunications. Alyce is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. She completed her coursework for the CPWA® designation through the Yale School of Management. In addition to her financial advisory work, Alyce has provided market and economic commentary on multiple national news programs and publications, including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric, and Fortune magazine. Alyce also earned the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM designation from the College for Financial Planning.
Living our Mission: Alyce competed on the Cardinals’ women’s tennis team and was a three-time Academic All-American. Alyce is involved in a number of community organizations in South Central Indiana.

Colleen Curry
Vice President | Financial Advisor
Colleen started in the wealth management industry in 2014, after a career at both
Indiana University and Pfizer, Inc. Colleen serves both families and business owners through comprehensive wealth management focusing on investment management, tax planning, and estate planning. Colleen has a passion for helping women in transition through education and empowerment.
Colleen is a two-time graduate of the University of Tennessee, having earned her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude and her master’s degree summa cum laude.
She and her husband, Tyler, have three children, Grace, Foster and Carson, and their beloved doodle, Piper. Colleen enjoys cheering for her kids in many sporting events, running with friends, cooking, reading with her book club, traveling with her husband and spending time with her family at the lake or ocean. Colleen enjoys being anywhere with sunshine and a beach.
Living our Mission: Colleen is on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Monroe County. Colleen also serves on the Professional Advisors Council for the Community Foundation. She and her husband support the Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc., Sounds of South, BBBS, New Hope, St. Charles School, and MCCSC in various ways. She is a past board member for the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.

Vadim Morozov
Financial Advisor | Associate Branch Manager
Vadim joined Baird in 2017 after a successful fifteen-year career building strong client relationships in the Automotive Sales industry. A native of Russia, he studied Linguistics and English at Khabarovsk Humanitarian University. Vadim and his wife, Hilarie, came to the United States over twenty years ago. As a Financial Advisor, Vadim is heavily focused on helping his clients with advanced financial and investment planning needs.
Vadim and his wife have four children: Daelan, Alina, Daria and Samara and all enjoy being active in their church community. They also love spending time outdoors at the family farm they own and operate.

Kara L. Endres, CFP®, EA
Vice President | PWM Financial Planner
Kara started her career in wealth management in 2010 after spending several years as an elementary classroom teacher in Washington, DC. She graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University. As she began her career in the wealth management industry, she quickly realized that financial planning was her passion and has focused her career on this area of wealth management since day one. Helping clients navigate financial decisions and the progression from one stage of life to the next is what Kara enjoys most about her work as a planner.
Prior to joining our team, Kara served as a Regional Financial planner for Baird where she had the opportunity to work with a broad set of clients and walk them through the comprehensive financial planning process. She holds her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. Outside of the office, Kara enjoys running, traveling and anything related to the Chicago Cubs. Kara and her husband, Justin, live in New Albany, IN with their three children Lila, Eric and Joshua.

Chase Schletzer, AAMS®
Vice President | Financial Advisor
Chase Schletzer joined Baird in October 2023. He came over from Edward Jones and has been a financial advisor for over 12 years. Chase currently lives in Bargersville Indiana, with his wife, Annette, his son, Branch, and his daughter, Dawson. Chase spends most of his free time coaching his kid’s youth sports and is actively involved in his communities’ chamber of commerce and rotary club. Chase has many hobbies like golf and running, but his favorite thing to do is travel with his family.

Dusty Heuchan
Financial Advisor
Dusty began his career in wealth management in 2019 with Edward Jones and joined Baird in 2023. Having grown up in Franklin, IN, Dusty feels extremely blessed to have the opportunity to work in his hometown as a financial advisor with Baird.
Dusty and his wife, Kenzie, live in Franklin with their two boys, Karter and Karson. Together they enjoy staying active in athletics, playing outside, doing yard work, going to parks and traveling.
Living our Mission: Dusty has served as a volunteer with several organizations including KIC-IT (Kids in Crisis Intervention Team), Discover Downtown Franklin and many youth sports programs in the community. He is a board member for Franklin Education Connection (FEC) and The Franklin Chamber of Commerce.

Amanda Werhane
Client Assistant
Amanda started her career in the wealth management industry in 2014. She graduated with a degree in telecommunications from Indiana University in 2010. Amanda provides support to our financial advisors while providing exceptional communication and timely administrative service to our clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys walks with her Labrador retriever, Max, attending community events and exploring new activities. In 2024, she achieved a personal milestone completing her first half marathon and looks forward to embracing new challenges in the years ahead.

Heather Mullins
Client Assistant
Heather began her career in the wealth management industry in 1995. She is a graduate of Indiana Business College with an Associate’s Degree in applied science for executive administration. She has also served her community as a 911 dispatch operator and Bureau of Motor Vehicles representative.
As a client assistant, Heather assists our financial advisors and clients with administrative and operational support to ensure the highest possible level of service.

Kyle Stewart
Client Assistant to Dan Matthews
Kyle joined Baird’s Bloomington office in 2026. He recently completed his Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance, at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Kyle brings experience from internships in wealth management, risk management, and investment research and is excited to continue building his career in financial services.
Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys basketball and staying actively involved in the markets.
Alisa Kaylor
Client Assistant
Alisa began her career in the wealth management industry in 2010. She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and anthropology and holds a Master of Arts in anthropology from Northern Illinois University.
Alisa supports our employee retirement plans, as well as individual clients and families. Her goal is to support the 3C Group’s mission of being a great teammate to our clients, colleagues and community. In her spare time, Alisa loves to travel, as well as spend time with friends and family.

Lindsay Vair
Client Specialist
Lindsay started her career in the wealth management industry in 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana State University in 2017. Lindsay holds the FINRA SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 Licenses as of Dec 2025.
Lindsay provides support to our financial advisors while providing exceptional communication and timely administrative service to our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Franklin with her dog, Kota, and visiting her family and friends in Southern Indiana.

Susan Wiggington
Client Assistant
Susan began her career in the wealth management industry in 2020 after working for
four years at Butler University. She enjoys seeing clients reach their financial goals.
In her spare time, Susan loves to hike and spend time outdoors. She completed the rim to rim at the Grand Canyon, Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park, hiked mountains in Tennessee and Georgia, spent a few days on the Appalachian Trail and is always up for the next hiking adventure. Susan lives in Franklin, Indiana, with her husband, Stacy and has two sons, Jeffrey and Caleb.

Chelsea Cooley

Chelsea started her career in the wealth management industry in 2023. She graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Long-Term Care Administration. This led her to start a career in healthcare for ten years prior to her career in the wealth management industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith and their three children: Aubrey, Theodore, and Sonny. She also enjoys DIY home projects.

James Guckenberg
Estate Planner
Jim joined Baird’s Private Wealth Management team in September of 2021 as an Assistant Vice President and Estate Planner, working out of the Milwaukee office. He works with Baird Financial Advisors, their clients, and the clients’ other professionals to promote the benefit of estate planning and assist with the development of clients’ estate plans. Specifically, his responsibilities include reviewing and discussing existing estate plans, answering estate planning questions, and presenting on estate planning topics.
Jim comes to Baird from Halling & Cayo, S.C., a Milwaukee law firm, where his practice focused on estate planning, probate, guardianship, and family law. While at Halling & Cayo, Jim presented at continuing legal education seminars for the National Business Institute and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He also
served as chair of the Family Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association. Prior to coming to Milwaukee, Jim was a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
A native of Wisconsin, Jim graduated from Lawrence University with degrees in Music Education and Performance and earned his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
